About us
SoAs2u was formed in 2015 as a direct response to the fast paced financial planning industry.

After working with the big industry players such as AMP, JP Morgan and BT, we realised that we wanted to live life more and that we wanted to help others to do the same.
So, we created SoAs2u as an opportunity to help Financial Planners regain their work-life balance.
Tracie Martin
I have worked in the financial services industry for over 15 years. I have worked from the ground up, starting at AMP, working in their New Business Team. From there I went on to work for several boutique financial planning practices associated with dealer groups such as AMP Financial Planning, Hillross, Premium Wealth Management and Count Wealth Accountants as well as independent licencees.
I believe Para-planning is an integral function to any financial planning business. Over the past 7 years I have mastered the art of providing this service efficiently and continue to assist financial advisers to grow their businesses and focus on clients rather than back office functions.
At SoAs2U we focus on building relationships with our clients and team so that together we can all succeed; both on a personal and business level.
On a more personal level, I love spending time with my husband and two amazing children or sitting down with a good book. I am a great believer in a work / life balance and try to spend as much time as possible enjoying the beautiful NSW South Coast.

Sharon Forster
I have worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years including time at JP Morgan, BT Portfolio Service and boutique financial planning practices in Adelaide and the Gold Coast. Paraplanning is a crucial function to any financial planning business.
Over the past 11 years I have mastered the art of providing this service efficiently and continue to allow clients to grow their businesses and focus on clients rather than back office functions.
Our focus with SoAs2U is provide our clients and team the opportunity to have a work life balance as life is too short as we all know to well.
On a personal level, my husband and I have three active children so on weekends and in the afternoon we are running them around from one sport to another. Living on the gold coast you will often find us outside in the garden, going for bike rides or at the beach.
